Kicking it into high gear!

I haven't been myself lately. To use a cliche I hate, I'd say I'm "losing my spark." Yep. That's it. I haven't been tracking, I worked out only two days this week (even though I kicked a$$ those two days, lol) . I've just been going through the motions, trying to eat "sort of" mindfully, with lots of binges and moments of laziness thrown in there.
Tracy's Fitness Schedule for the week of the 22nd:
Sunday: I will run my first 5K in Wilmington, NC along the beach. (I'm hoping it will be a lot of fun. I'm nervous, but I'll get over it.)
Monday: Abtastic and Zumba (I miss you, Zumba - I'm so tired of running)
Tuesday: Outdoor bootcamp at the gym. I REALLY don't wanna do this but I need to do it.
Wednesday: Abtastic and Zumba
Thursday: Bootcamp again.
Friday: Abtastic and Booty Blast! (Gotta love these fitness class names, lol)
And I will TRACK every single day! No excuses!
25 pounds to go until Onederland. I'm getting motivated. I feel like it's actually within reach now.
