Count Down to Tucson Vacation

Since P90X is over and I don't want to ever do that again lol I need a personal challenge for the next three weeks. I have been slacking off the last couple weeks and only exercising 2 to 3 days a week. So here is what my plans are up till May 15th. After my Tucson Vacation then will put together another fitness program for the summer.
Which is the most important part of my fitness training
Total Daily Calorie Range - 1000-1300
Nutritional & Breakdown - 30% Protein, 20% Fat and 50% Carbs
98% Vegan Diet - I sometimes eat small amounts of dairy :(
4 days a week Strength Training - a rotation of upper and lower body workouts
2 days a week Core - Pilates and Abs (mostly before a strength training session)
3 days a week Cardio - Walking, cycling and dancing, will do cardio on days I don't do ST
Exercise can and will be done at different times of the day, but would like to focus on first thing in the morning workouts. I have my energy then and it pumps my day. I have to get in the zone here. Will start today with Cardio.
