Count Down to Tucson Vacation

Since P90X is over and I don't want to ever do that again lol I need a personal challenge for the next three weeks. I have been slacking off the last couple weeks and only exercising 2 to 3 days a week. So here is what my plans are up till May 15th. After my Tucson Vacation then will put together another fitness program for the summer.

Food
Which is the most important part of my fitness training
Total Daily Calorie Range - 1000-1300
Nutritional & Breakdown - 30% Protein, 20% Fat and 50% Carbs
98% Vegan Diet - I sometimes eat small amounts of dairy :(

Exercise
4 days a week Strength Training - a rotation of upper and lower body workouts
2 days a week Core - Pilates and Abs (mostly before a strength training session)
3 days a week Cardio - Walking, cycling and dancing, will do cardio on days I don't do ST

Exercise can and will be done at different times of the day, but would like to focus on first thing in the morning workouts. I have my energy then and it pumps my day. I have to get in the zone here. Will start today with Cardio.

    Beth I'm very proud of the way you keep yourself on track by not letting too much time pass before you're on to your next program! I love it!! I'll be droppin' by whenever I can to encourage you and Jenn and will keep ya posted on my own progress as I'm planning to begin Marathon training :)

    I have been really active, but haven't been tracking my food at all. My choices are decent, but tracking is what really keeps me in check even though it's annoying. I need to get in on this with you. My dive trip is coming up. Want to start posting on our FB thread daily? Why don't you post your goals there and I'll post mine (which will be similar to yours) and we can check in with each other every day?

    Did good on day 1. 45 mins brisk walk and under 1300 total calories. Didn't get my 30% protein. On campus all day and no vegan stuff around. So ate veggie salad and some chips.
