So, in my blog entry for Friday, I mentioned that I have a bad case of tennis elbow. The Doctor gave me a set of six exercises that I need to do EVERY DAY for six weeks. I finally got around to starting them on Sunday, and I almost forgot to do them yesterday. (remembered at 10pm and did them then) To help me remember and make me accountable, I am going to put the exercises into my strength training schedule. I sign into Spark every day, so it will be there to remind me. The doctor said If I do the exercises as prescribed, the problem will most like resolve with out further intervention. I really DO NOT want to get injections or need surgery.
