Taking the guess work out of weight loss

I am not giving myself choices this week. Today I made a list of meals for the week, made a grocery list, went shopping, and then made all of my lunches for the week. They're already in the fridge. I'm taking all of the guesswork out of eating. I've made my list of what I'm eating this week and I am going to stick to that list! Tomorrow I will eat Kashi GoLean Honey Almond Flax cereal with a banana for breakfast, a sandwich with Greek yogurt and blueberries for lunch, almonds and Muscle Milk for snacks, a chicken and black bean wrap for dinner, and a Skinny Cow ice cream for dessert. It's already tracked, too. I've got to do better this week. Last week I went out to eat too much, and whenever I go out to eat I tend to make bad choices. I make better choices than I used to, but of course I'm just going to eat more calories that way! So there!
And I will exercise for at least five days this week! I will do the "Tone and Flex" ST class on Monday and Wednesday, and I am going to try to do this "Bootcamp" class that I tried on Thursday of last week. I want to do it on Tuesday and Thursday but I honestly don't know if my body can handle it. My knee has been bugging me lately. It can be slightly painful depending on how my weight is placed on it. I've been resting since Thursday but I'm going to exercise all week even if I just do a 30 minute walk instead of Bootcamp this week. I really want to do Bootcamp though because I can tell it's going to really change my body.
Oh, and today I highlighted my own hair. I haven't had the money to get it professionally done so I did it myself. i think it turned out pretty well. I'll have to put up some pics soon. Gotta pamper yourself!
