Nutritional:
• Track my food every day
• Drink 10+ glasses of water
• Limit eating out (2x/month or less)
• Limit sugary treats
• Keep sodium at or below RDA


Physical:
• Stay on the “Streak Train”... min 20 minutes, 6 days/week
• Complete every TNT
• Participate in every LCW
• In bed by 10:30 every night


Emotional:
• Tell myself daily that I AM WORTH IT!
• Focus on my successes, not compare my progress to others
• Don’t post negative feelings about myself
