FA Day 2

Very tired today. I still managed to go for a walk this morning but can't wait until I can crawl into bed. I have heard that when cutting out flour and sugar it isn't uncommon to feel bad at first as your body adjusts.

I have been doing great with the food plan and don't have much trouble during the day. But, come 9pm, I am getting pretty hungry. Not sure why dinner isn't holding me as long as lunch does. Just another reason to hit the sack soon.

I have been eating well for 2 weeks so hoping that despite only being on plan for 2 days, come Thurs. when I go to the doctor I will have lost at least a couple of lbs since I was there last month.
