Every muscle in my body is sore...ouchie!

I'm sore all over. My workouts this week have been really hardcore. Monday and Wednesday I went to my Abs class and a class called "Tone & Flex" that had me doing pushups, lunges, plie squats, burpees, and using free weights to work every muscle group. Also, glute exercises on the floor. Ouchie, my achin' butt.
Tuesday and Thursday I went to "Adventure Bootcamp" class. We did suicide runs, pushups, lunges, jumping jacks, ab exercises, etc. etc. It was hard. REALLY hard.
I am pushing myself out of my comfort zone this week and it is really tough! I feel so unfit next to all of the people in these classes. After that 5K I felt like a total bada$$ so I thought I'd take it to the next level. Taking these classes made me realize how FAR I really have left to go. I look in the mirror at home and I think I look pretty good. I look in the mirror in the fitness room while standing beside all of these slender, fit people and I look like what I really am - a woman who is obese. Yep, I'm still obese. I have lost 80 frickin' pounds and I still have about 75 to go. It's overwhelming! But at least now I'm actively trying to get to my goal.
And looking on the bright side, I have less than 100 pounds to go! I've lost 26% of my original body weight.
