I think I've decided Pure Cardio is one of my top 3 favorite days so far. I just love the exercises and how it's constantly changing, it makes to go by FAST. I was on my game yesterday, way more than the previous day and it felt GREAT. Sure I thought I was dying at the end but who doesn't love that feeling after a good workout?
I noticed a few things on day 9:
#1: I might regret saying this but the "warm up" actually seems to be getting easier? Or because it's the same on most of the videos it's easier to tell my improvements on it? I probably just jinxed myself and today it's going to kick my ass hard. I hope so!
#2: My pushups are getting better! Deeper! My push ups starting out were really very pathetic. I couldn't go down very far without my arms buckling and falling on my face. Noticing this improvement totally made my day. and finally
#C: I don't have a scale so I can't weigh myself, and I don't plan to take measurements till the next fit test day, but I think I'm noticing slight improvements in my body. Nothing major, I mean it's only day 9 but things seem... smoother? Less lumpy? More held together? It may just be in my head, but that's good enough for me!
