I have been writing out a plan and ideas of a step by step theme of how to get started on my journey without overwhelming myself. I don't wanna be one of those people who joins the challenge but can't fill the obligations because there are too many.
I always pressure myself and then quit. Therefor, I hav come up with my own plan and see how it works for me. I know that there are so many things that I simply should be doing. However, cutting them all out right now would be so overwhelming . I have decided that a week by week basis things that I am gonna give up or alter in my life to make things right between myself and my body.
Starting tomorrow I am giving up coffee. It is easier for me to just quit cold turkey then to change the taste of what I love to drink. It will be very hard and I have no doubt there are days that I will want one. However they are costing my about 900 calories a day. My goal fo rhtis week and the rest of next it to replace coffee with water or atleast tea.
