Looking for a "Shred"buddy and other ramblings!!

It has been a while since I have blogged...not much to talk about I guess:)

Anyhow I am finally ready to start the Shred AGAIN!! It is such an effective workout and really want to see it to the end. I am going to take before pics and then every 10 days and of course the final results. BUT I am really in need of someone who is starting as well and will stick with it and hold each other accountable!!! I plan to start tomorrow. PLEASE let me know if you are interested!!

ALSO on my list is to start C25k...AGAIN!! My plan is to start Monday. I will do it Mon/Wed/Fri. And if anyone else is starting and on this plan let me know cause I really need the accountability!!

So far I am doing pretty good on the maintaining part but need to start tracking again. Not daily but atleast 3 times a week to make sure I am meeting all my nutritional goals each time. I know I have been slacking on the fruits/vegis. Need to make sure I am stocked up on those items!! And trying to change up the habits of my boys....getting them to eat more as well!! I have such picky kids!!

It has been soooooo hot that it is getting hard to workout except late or early. But good thing is I am drinking lots of ice cold water and fruit smoothies to keep cool. So if there is anyone who could send so artic weather this way...would be much appreciated!! emoticon

    What are these two challenges about?

    I usually simplify things lately, and only do one new challenge/program/habit per time. Even for small things. Seems to work for me so far.

    I think the before/after pics are a great idea! You should totally post them, especially the after pics!
