Im not losing any weight/although i am losing inches

Im a lil frustrated. When i was on weight watchers I lost 3 pounds in the first week. Now, three almost four weeks back at sparking and I haven't lost the weight i feel i should have. I've lost half a pound. I did biggest loser cardio max the 4 times a week for the first two weeks, could really tell that I had lost the inches...but no weight. I have stomach...did i say I HAVE STOMACH!!!.....that I would really like to lose. Third week in and i didnt do the biggest loser that week, but i did exceed my calorie burn goal. Shouldn't i have lost something by now besides inches?. I've been told the only way I'll get to see my six pack is if i get rid of the fat over top of it. Well dang it, my scale won't budge regardless of the calories I burn. AND, i'm eating withing my range. What's a girl to do. Shouldn't i have seen some weight loss by now!!! Surely i can't be losing all inches and still say the same weight.....AAArrrggghhh!!!!

    Thank you all. It lets me know that I am not alone. @lovelywife1,Trust me I understand. Nothing irritates me more than climbing on that scale only to see the same weight over again. I, like you gain muscle really easily....but so do I with the weight. Im gonna kill that scale if it doesnt move.

    We are living in a parallel universe for real! I'm losing inches but not pounds. My plateau started around the time I took up lifting weights in mid-April so I'm hopeful that maybe I'm adding muscle.

    Like you, I know how tough it is to be patient and not get instant feedback from the scale. It is frustrating, but just hang in there with me!! With the support of our SP friends we'll get through this! emoticon

    Girl I feel your pain!!!! I feel the need to do more cardio to burn fat and make the scale play nice. LOL! However, I can see a difference. I promised myself that I would not give up this time. I understand that I build muscle and lots of it fast. So just keep up the good work. I am not getting on the scale until 20 june! The scale is to much of an emotional rollercoster for me!

    I'm feeling exactly the same! I am consistently exercising about an hour every day - burning between 700-900 calories, plus a toning video. And, I am eating within my calorie range. My first week I lost - and now the scale is going back UP!! I'm down 3.25 inches in 10 days, but dangit, what about that frickin' scale????

    We just have to be patient, I guess. I know I feel stronger, but I really want THAT number to go down!!!

    Hang in there with me, we have gotta see a breakthrough soon!

    Yes you CAN lose inches instead of weight, and that's a GOOD thing! emoticon
    You are firming up, and possibly building some muscle tissue, which weighs more than fat tissue. I've read posts from other Sparkers about losing weight but NOT losing inches - what a bummer! emoticon Try to be patient, and remember you're in this for the long haul. You didn't get that stomach in just four weeks, so naturally it will take more than 4 weeks to lose it. emoticon
