Im not losing any weight/although i am losing inches

Im a lil frustrated. When i was on weight watchers I lost 3 pounds in the first week. Now, three almost four weeks back at sparking and I haven't lost the weight i feel i should have. I've lost half a pound. I did biggest loser cardio max the 4 times a week for the first two weeks, could really tell that I had lost the inches...but no weight. I have stomach...did i say I HAVE STOMACH!!!.....that I would really like to lose. Third week in and i didnt do the biggest loser that week, but i did exceed my calorie burn goal. Shouldn't i have lost something by now besides inches?. I've been told the only way I'll get to see my six pack is if i get rid of the fat over top of it. Well dang it, my scale won't budge regardless of the calories I burn. AND, i'm eating withing my range. What's a girl to do. Shouldn't i have seen some weight loss by now!!! Surely i can't be losing all inches and still say the same weight.....AAArrrggghhh!!!!
