A workout that really makes you lose weight!

I'm running the Couch to 5K Week one workout, but not quite as it was intended. Instead of running at an easy pace (slow enough so I can talk while running - as the podcast tells you to do), I'm sprinting! Go fast, very fast! I do one minute sprints with my C25K Week 1 podcast, and then recover in between. It really makes the weight fall off. Seriously. Better than running for longer distances. So the experts who keep talking about high intensity interval training really knew what they were talking about.
Even if you're not fit enough to run fast, try doing some interval training with fast walking and then going back and forth to a slower pace.
