Up .8lbs and turkey deli

I had my weigh in yesterday.. up .8lbs. Not a huge amount but not down. Between working very long days and eating later I havent been doing alot of exercise. And I always track what my meals are... not this week. A huge flag waving in front of me!
And Friday was an example of me just not paying attention this week - I had my lunch packed and at work with me and a coworker was going to the deli for her lunch. I had a brain wave - I would do the same.
But by ordering a turkey 1/2 sub on whole wheat and veggies.. I also ordered deli sodium. Later on I felt not so great.. and yesterday my rings were tight. I reviewed my daily meals this week and picked up on some other sodium slips - by not tracking I missed checking that vital information.
I am actually not feeling too down about not losing this week. I am kind of proud of myself for going back and seeing what I could do better this week. And I have learned again how stress and sleep deprivation affect this journey of weight loss.
I am up.. but not for long
