So, here I am contemplating maintenance...what does that mean? I've never had to maintain as I 've always been losing weight OR pregnant. Now, it seems I've reached my goal(still leery of that number from last week.)I will weigh again Thurs. One thing that goes thru my head is should I lose a few more #s so I have a 'range' to work with? I realize that weight fluctuates daily and I want a reasonable not too tiny/not to large range to stay inside of. Am I rambling? LOL!
Also-I attempted to change my calorie intake to maintain but cannot see HOW to do that. Change my goals on weight area? How do you put in maintenance? I know from a reliable calculation that I should take in approx. 2000 cals per day(PHEW!! That's high!) to maintain this weight at my current fitness activities.
I guess I'm asking for help from all of you maintainers and leaders. I know you're out there and I would SO appreciate some guidance!!!
