Well, another 10 week challenge is ending and I still have not reached my goals. I know that I can do this and I believe my goals were reasonable but I am not focused enough on myself and my health to be successful. I have been too concerned with all the things I "have" to do which are mostly necessary to survive, but not entirely, and I could have spent that extra time and energy on more exercises and less indulgence on fatty and sugary foods! I am planning on refocusing on the summer challenge and using the extra free time I have in the summer to really commit to living the healthy life I know I should if I want to stay around and enjoy my husband's retirement!

Most of us had a hard time this challenge. Regroup and figure out what you can do differently for the next challenge and PLAN! For example, sometimes I sleep in my workout clothes which makes it harder to come up with an excuse in the morning. Us Tigers are Strong! You WILL have a better summer challenge! 3317 days ago
