Cardio Day

Today was day 3 of working out at the gym. My trainer seemed really bummed that I was only going to do cardio today!! My abs are so sore as well as my upper body!! And really training 3 days a week is enough!! So I did the treadmill speed walking and logged 3.21 miles in 30 minutes and then moved on to the eliptical the one where you move your arms as well for 30 minutes! I was dying after 15 minutes but pushed through til the end. My legs were so rubbery I brely made it walking home:) Have I mentioned how much I LOVE being done with my workouts by 10:30 am???!!!! LOL!!!

Well I am so tired..the heat is draining every ounce of my energy!! Off to bed!!
