Week 3 Day 18
-Try to use as little salt as possible today or maybe even none! Don’t buy microwave meals and don’t eat foods high in sodium.
Well.... This was so easy!!!
I don't eat salt. So that was really easy. The only salt that I eat is what is already in food or what other people put in food. I haven't salted my own food in 10 years!!! When I'm cooking, I only add salt if it calls for it. I am not one to eat salt.. Obviously since I haven't had it in 10 years.
The microwavable meals was also an easy thing to do. I'm not a big fan of microwavable meals. I like to eat homecooked meals and microwavable meals just don't do it for me. So I hardly ever eat those. In fact, I don't even remember the last time I had one!!
I seem to have alot of energy today. I don't feel tired or exhausted. I must have gotten a good nights sleep. My 4 mile walk was easier today. I only wish that it wasn't so hot!! I ended up getting a sunburn... Again!!
