Not quitting yet!!

So...I have been a complete slacker this week. I won't lie, it feels nice to just come home from work and relax. Doing this is never going to help me loose weight and get in shape. So today I joined the Y down the road from me. Starting tomorrow I will go straight there after work, then I can come home and be a total slacker. Its too easy to find excuses for not working out at home, by joining a gym that is on the way home from work I will have a harder time justifying skipped workouts. I have even signed up to do their Activetrax program. Not totally sure what it is, but I get the impression it is a bit like Sparkpeople, tracking food and workouts, but with a trainer to help make sure I am doing everything right. I go in on Saturday to do my strength test, to see what my starting point is with the equipment. Anyone else done this?
