Running and Throwing Up at the Gym!! :)

Okay I have switched to evening cause I just don't have much energy in the morning and really not enough time to eat before heading to the gym. SO today I had an awesome workout!! I did my warm up and then ran for 2 walked for 1 and the last ten minutes I ran for 4 and walked one and then ran the last 5 minutes!! I was a sweaty mess but felt so AWESOME after!! Then I hit the eliptical for 30 minutes...cardio day!!
OKAY now for the throwing up part..NOT ME...They have a new trainer as of today and while I was on the eliptical 3 guys walked in for their workout. I hvae seen them in there before and they are in decent shape. WELL, this trainer said he was going to work them out tonight. So he gets them started doing some warm ups including a boxing shuffle, jumping jacks, push-ups then some ab work. Nothing too hard. Half way through 2 guys were going to get bottles of water and looked as if they were about to die. They guy behind the desk was laughing as well as I!! All of a sudden one of the guys runs into the bathroom to throw up. He came back out and they got him a coke to drink and had him sit down to rest!!! I will just say that I was very amused during my workout!!
I think I will have to give this guy a try as he seems like he knows a bit more than the other guy...more intense. I mean if the gym's name is Xtreme Fitness they need to live up to the name...right?????
Does anyone go to the gym first thing in the morning...and if so what do you eat before you go. I would have only an hour from when I got up til I would leave!! Any suggestions would be awesome!!
