why is it i have tried almost every diet out there? i find very little success. than i figure hey why not start where i have problems. i am hypothyroid. so i checked out some books from the library on thyroid diets. seems i fall under the carb sensitive plan. not exactly as extreme as atkins but still no breads to begin with.
so i started it last monday and as to date i have lost 12lbs so far. official wi is monday so not really counting total pounds yet. i feel better have more energy and it was very informing about the supplements i should be taking and which ones to avoid.
maybe this will finally be the one i can stick with the rest of my life and not feel like i am going nowhere gaining weight eating 1200 cals. i eat any carb and i gain at least 5lbs are they real pounds? no of course not but my body holds them. i learned ppl with carb sensitivity do this.
so i am off to the grocery store to stock up this week.
