LOST 3 LBS IN A DAY? HOW?

Okay, I have to admit that my sparkfriends saved whatever little sanity I have left. (smiling)
Yesterday's blog pondered how I could gain 6 lbs in two days. Whew, great feedback by all. And very helpful in reality-basing me.
Now, one day later, 3 lbs down. What have I learned? NOT TO WEIGH-IN DAILY! (which I have never done before) As sparkfriend JLITT wrote, daily would indeed drive me crazy.
So, I'll be back to weekly weigh-ins and have set the date for a week from Monday. Starting June 18 weigh-in, there will be weekly only.
