Week 5 Day 29
- Write your current weight. Have you lost anything in the past week? If not, what are your plans for this week?
Well, hate to say it, but i forgot to weigh myself. I have been so busy with things lately. Been having to prepare for my final for my summer class and went on a shopping trip with my best friend and enjoyed time with my boyfriend.. So things have been kind of hectic for me..
This week, unfortunately, I'm not going to be focusing on my weightloss.. I have to take my final at the end of the week and I really need to prepare and study for it, so that is my main focus for the week.. Weight loss is going to be on the back burner for the week..
But next week, it will be back to the grind!!
