Over thinking it...

Today I realized that I am making weight loss to hard. I am being too hard on myself. I feel as though I need to be on a very strict diet to lose weight, and live in the gym. Today I realized I need it to be simpler, because it is. I am kicking out processed foods, and eating only whole, healthy foods. This in combination to working out 3-4 days a week. It may take longer, but it will get me to where I want to be in the end.

    I think one of the wisest things you can do while trying to lose weight is not do anything you can't commit to doing for the rest of your life. You aren't going to be on a "diet" for the rest of your life. If you can commit to eating mostly whole, healthy foods for the rest of your life, then by all means, make that switch now!
