Time to get it moving...

This is the picture of my scale on June 10, 2010. It is the last time I was that close to my goal weight of 12o lbs. I have no reason, only excuses why this number is no longer on my scale. Having a baby is not the reason why I have not lost weight.

This is a motivational picture that I found online. It is from the Lauren catalog by Ralph Lauren. I felt like this could be me (if I was 8 inches taller and 20 years younger, not to mention 40 lbs lighter...but I regress emoticon)

I am going to do my best for the next six days to track my food and to stay within my calorie range and then see what happens. I bet a miracle happens.

Ok...six days...I can do six days.

Come on Pixies...let's do this! Let's get our name in lights! emoticon

Yes...I will write a blog next Wednesday and show a picture of my scale. My current weight is 161.5 lbs.

    Yep! You can do it if you just plain old do it. Nothing is stopping you but you. Plus you know you can get out of your own way. Go and just do it. I will check back next week and congratulate you. I am certain you will do it because you can.
