A breakthrough!

This is not the breakthrough, but what I had for a snack today. Fruit! emoticon

The other night, after dinner, I wanted dessert. My first thought was:

"I need to check how many calories I have left first". emoticon

That was a first! Making progress...I never realized how much our mental state effects how we eat.

I have been tracking my food each day too!
