I think that her body looks awesome!

Eating habits have not been the greatest the last 2 weeks. I was doing really well but then all of a sudden I felt like I was starving and wanting to eat everything in sight. I'm reigning this back in and I am getting back on track. I have plenty of fruits and veggies planned as well as fat free cottage cheese, fat free milk, almonds, etc. My only problem is my husband does a lot of the cooking in the summer since he's home all summer. Anyway he has two extremes; either our suppers are laden with cheese and fat or he goes the other way and you get like 3 oz. of steak and that's it. Any suggestions for what I can eat for a healthy supper? We have 2 little ones so I don't want to completely say that I can't eat the supper b/c then I'm afraid they wont eat.

Unfortunately I didn't get to do really any exercise this past weekend b/c we were on vacation but I did a lot of walking in areas that I had never been before. This week I am ramping up the exercise!

Love your motivation pics. My husband is home for the summer this year and I wish he would cook, lol. Maybe you could give him some healthier dinner ideas.

OMG! The pic that you think her body is beautiful.. I totally just stole that! She is breath-taking! WOW! YAY!

Maybe get your hubby on board with you a bit. Explain to him about portions, fats, etc and see if he can roll with what you're doing so you are ALL healthier? Also.. you can have a small portion of whatever he made and then a huge salad with fat free dressing (or like Italian, something like that..). I like to have a bit of meat or whatever then lots of veggies and fruit with dinner. People look at me weird, but strawberries go with chicken... right? LOL!

LOVE this blog! Fantastic job! :)

Tasty-looking fruit pic. It must be hard when you don't cook all your own food, but I'm sure you can do it and keep on making progress!

If your husband is into the very fat-laden foods, perhaps you can eat a very small portion of what he's offering. And then have lots of fruits and veggies as sides that you can fill up on. It would be good for you and everyone in your family to eat some of that. :)

So with his 3oz of steak you can add a salad, corn on the cob, carrots, green beans, apples, watermelon, etc. Any fruit or veggie which makes you happy! If you have lots of raw ones on hand that you don't mind eating plain, that is even better. That way you don't have to feel like you have to ask to have something specially prepared for you.

I do the shopping and meal planning and my hubby does the cooking - maybe you can do a little more of the planning to make sure you have food that will meet your goals.

Looking forward to rocking this challenge with you!
