6 Meals Plan

Today I begin my 6 small meals a day plan.
Eating small meals every 2 hours.

I've entered my meals into the tracker and I can see that I have some tweaking to go on sodium which was a bit high and potassium which was somewhat low, but I should be back into hitting my targets real soon.

    Wow, that's ambitious. God bless you in all your efforts. I've tried every 3 hours before and it's a lot to keep track of. It seemed like I was constantly eating and I wasn't even hungry when the next 3 hour time slot came around. Let us know how it's working out for you as you go along. Thanks for sharing.
