6 meal plan

Day one of my six meal plan was yesterday. Overall I give myself a 89%. I did good but I did make some different food choices by the time I got home cause I did NOT want what I had planned to eat. The choices I made were not necessarily bad choices and probably lowered the sodium level and raised the fiber level of my original plan but it was more calories.
I felt good about not mindlessly eating. I wanted something in my mouth to chew on (wow that sounds weird but that’s what I experienced) and with the exception of some extra Chocolate Chex cereal (my sweet treat) I was happy I didn’t fill that void with candy or gum.
