Sugar is My Enemy

I know, I know ! All or nothing rarely works. I know myself much better now and sugar really is my downfall. I can eat vegetables all day, LOVE them. I really enjoy fish. Fruit is my best friend. But sugar.... every day I find myself wandering around looking for sugar. After a really healthy day of eating, and staying within my calorie limits, I found myself eating the gummy fruit snacks that I keep in the house for my grandkids. I don't like them at all, but I pounded down two packages of 'Mario Brothers'.....

My lack of control really annoys me. I did eat some fresh and delicious blueberries first and then, wham, had to have the junk....... There is a reason I don't keep 'goodies' in the house, but gummy bears are a new low. Do I have to completely give up sugar? emoticon

    Sugar is also my downfall!! I do best when there is none in the house..........I hate the fact. emoticon

    The forbidden fruit-in your case it's sugar! I keep Hersheys dark chocolate kisses in plain sight on my counter and allow myself 4 a day (not all at once). Knowing that I can have something sweet with no guilt seems to work for me!
