Breaking up and Losing Weight!

Well... Two things that are not easy at all and, when mixed together, can be a disaster... Just broke up, gained a kg and lost energy to do cardio or workout... Also am not couting calories for a while, since problems began.... Eating lots of junk food and breaking all the rules...

I will now try to get back slowly. Eating healhy and couting calories.... Than some cardio and workout, until I can get a healthy routine back again. Hopo I figure it out and it is not too late!!

I was on the right path to my goal... Now a big rock fell in the way.... Time to begin pushing....

    That's what I do, too. I like to ease myself back into working out slowly after some healthy eating. I think it's a good prep. You're gonna do great! Good luck!
