I lost....

According to my doctor I have lost 10 lbs since April. The only thing I did consistently was make a point to Zumba at least once a week, and make sure to eat some veggies/fruit everyday. I have continued to eat fast food sometimes and still I lost. I am so grateful for the loss. It's motivated me to continue to lose. My goal now is to have another 10-15lb drop by October when I'm due for my physical.
