New Goals

Just updating my goals - I need to keep remembering where I need to be. My goal now is to lose 39 pounds. Here's what I updated on my page - this will help me to lose the first 12 lbs., then I'll focus on the next 12:

Target 1304 calories/daily (1200-1400 range)
1 lbs. per week = 3500 calorie deficit (or 500 cal def/day)
