🌺August 29th another new day😊

Feeling well enough to go back to work today, the challenge working in an office with all the food that comes in is to keep on track with my calories I am allowed. My 2nd day on SparkPeople did my Nope log in on no smoking and got my log in bonus a great start for the day. Have met some sweet new friends on here and so excited about my new adventure with this site. Waiting to get to 100 points so I can reply back to some friends pages😊

    Hello everybody, I am kind of bummed still not all the way feeling better to do my Leslie walk tonight. But I was very good today when food came in all I got was 1 cup of fresh fruit so I patted myself on the back:) Thank you so much for stopping by hope you all had a beautiful day. I came home and added more food to my favorites that I am putting in myself since I can not bring them up. This will be alot easier once I get alot of the food I eat in my favorites then its just click and go:) emoticon

    emoticon Those treats every one brings is so-o darn hard! I usually have a little piece of something so i dont feel deprived! I work at a community garden and every tues night they bring in treats in cluding my self!! You can do this tho as i am its taking longer but its something i can live with!     Under the orange "My Trackers" tab, select the "MY Sparkpoints" option. There's a whole list of ways to earn sparkpoints... some take a little effort, but many are quickies!

    I do know that it's particularly difficult to be in a familiar situation and try to break old habits--food and smoking being key problem areas. So stay motivated, keep your goal shining in your mind, and muscle through the cravings and temptations as you reteach yourself how to react in a familiar situation!

    Remember, baby steps might not get you their quickly, but they'll get you there safely and you'll be able to enjoy the journey along the way.

    Congrats on feeling better. I actually find it easier to stay on track away from home but I know that an office setting does bring its temptations. Focus on how good you will feel when those office outfits start feeling loose!

    good luck with your goals, you can do it.

    It's hard isnt it sticking to calories especially when there is temptation in your office but try to keep thinking of your goals.
