Interestingly enough, I had to adjust my calories out count. I wore my BB all day yesterday, and when calculating how much I burned kennel kid walking, it said 656 cals. However, when I entered that for my fitness, then checked the deficit report, I found that BB was reported I'd burned ~ 100 cals LESS than Spark estimated. Usually the BB has me burning MORE than Spark does, so I adjusted accordingly.
It's all a numbers game, isn't it?
It feels good to be reasonably back on track after that brief odd detour. We're coming up on the end of the month (can you believe it?? geez time flies..) so I need to evaluate how August has gone and decide what I want from September. I have a pretty good idea, so we'll see how it all fits together.

I need to pull together a menu plan and grocery list for the coming week. I didn't do that this past weekend, so we've pretty much run out of basic staples this week. We're out of bananas, pears, peaches, string cheese, grapes, all sorts of veggies, and worst of all.. Greek yogurt.
Who'da thought I'd ever consider fruits and veggies as grocery staples LOL I've come a long way babee!
