Well I have to say
I kind of got a little over whelmed when I started 7 days ago. Jumped into some teams and started too many challenges. I have to back up a bit and do what I can manage so I can succeed.
🌹I love the no smoking groups that I can jump in and have my daily no smoke😊
I love reading everyone's days I just don't have time to respond to everyone especially during the week. The teams I am in and the friends I have made are so helping me want to reach my goals more and more. I have tracked all my food for 7 days I will say it is time consuming but after a while once I get all the foods that I eat in it will be a lot quicker.
The problem I am having right now is my boyfriend snores loud enough to wake up the bears so I don't get good sleep at night at all. I get up at 5am and by the time I get home home at night I am wiped out. So I have been getting in my walking during my lunch hrs.
🌺any tips of what I can eat before I get home to give me some energy it takes me an hr drive to get home from work and. I need something to give me some energy to get my workout in.
Any tips greatly appreciated. Looking forward to see what my weigh in is on Saturday I am not giving up😊
