Well I have to say emoticon I kind of got a little over whelmed when I started 7 days ago. Jumped into some teams and started too many challenges. I have to back up a bit and do what I can manage so I can succeed.
🌹I love the no smoking groups that I can jump in and have my daily no smoke😊
I love reading everyone's days I just don't have time to respond to everyone especially during the week. The teams I am in and the friends I have made are so helping me want to reach my goals more and more. I have tracked all my food for 7 days I will say it is time consuming but after a while once I get all the foods that I eat in it will be a lot quicker.
The problem I am having right now is my boyfriend snores loud enough to wake up the bears so I don't get good sleep at night at all. I get up at 5am and by the time I get home home at night I am wiped out. So I have been getting in my walking during my lunch hrs.
🌺any tips of what I can eat before I get home to give me some energy it takes me an hr drive to get home from work and. I need something to give me some energy to get my workout in.
Any tips greatly appreciated. Looking forward to see what my weigh in is on Saturday I am not giving up😊

    Thank you so much for your imput, I have tried the apple not the nuts tho, by the time I get home I am just so beat I just want to lay down and take a nap which sometimes I do. I do think it's because of the interrupted sleep I get every night. I need to try and resolve that issue.
    Another thought I had is to try and do my walk at 5am instead of waiting til I get home. Throwing some thoughts around for me to think about. Thanks for stopping by and I will be visiting more with the weekend coming😊

    I totally agree with both of the other posts! Good advise on the nuts, they are protein and should keep you from feeling hungry and a bottle of water too will keep you full:)

    HAve a small hand flu of nuts on your way home. Or a piece of fruit. And a recyclable bottle of water ... we must be emoticon and love out Mother emoticon

    It always is a little overwhelming in the beginning. We all tend to be a little gungho and bite off more than we can chew. No pun intended. Take your time and feel your way around. Take on what you honestly think you can handle. You can always add to your program as you go. Nothing is written in stone. Too much, too fast can leave you feeling defeated. You can do this. In your way, at your pace.
