First full week of tracking

😊Well did my weigh in the morning still 142 did not loose a pound. But that's okay I did not gain one either😄 I feel I am getting on the right track of tracking my food which is getting easier since I have a lot of the food I eat in now.
Just need to push harder and get in more excerise! Watching Leslie Samsone today on QVC she should get me back my motivation like she did the first time I saw her.
🌹I am loving all the teams I am in I read more of the posts than I actually post, but nice to know I am not in this alone. There are so many of us going through the same things it's just amazing. This site is so wonderful to give us all a place to come too.
