First full week of tracking

😊Well did my weigh in the morning still 142 did not loose a pound. But that's okay I did not gain one either😄 I feel I am getting on the right track of tracking my food which is getting easier since I have a lot of the food I eat in now.
Just need to push harder and get in more excerise! Watching Leslie Samsone today on QVC she should get me back my motivation like she did the first time I saw her.
🌹I am loving all the teams I am in I read more of the posts than I actually post, but nice to know I am not in this alone. There are so many of us going through the same things it's just amazing. This site is so wonderful to give us all a place to come too.
I am so happy I found it. Have a blessed and wonderful day to all my sweet friends that are so encouraging and motivating every time I read your posts. Thank you and big hugs🌻

    Well one of my sweet friends on SP was telling me about the 28 day boot camp with Nicole so I went to Target today and bought it. I was going to wait until tomorrow but couldn't resist and just did my first day.
    I am so glad I did my coordination needs some work but felt so good. That new freshness of starting something new to better your health is always a wonderful feeling.
    So nice of you to drop by and say hello and give me so much motivation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. emoticon emoticon

    Just remember: Lost in haste returns to waist. You've done great. This is a life change and it takes time to tweek things so they work for you. Glad to have you a board.

    Considering your week included dinners out in Charleston, you're doing just fine! A body needs time to adjust to anything new, including a diet of more nutritional foods and fewer calores--and probably more water, if you're like most of us. So give yours a chance to settle in and get comfortable with the new plan your mind has already adopted.

    Remember, this is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix! If you make sure your caloric intake is less than the calories burned each day, and if you feed your body the nutrients it needs to maintain your metabolism, the lbs will start dropping off. That sounded good when I joined Sparks, it's proven true, and I believe it!
