A is for ABOVE and BEYOND...Does competition push you? Yes! I'm very, very competitive.
B is for BLC rounds... Newbie?(first BLC round) Oldie?(1-3 rounds) Goldie?(long time BLCer)? Former BLC team(s)? I was in BLC for the first time back in round 5 or 6, I think. I was a Mocha Maniac for a few rounds, and then kind of fell away. I came back in Round 19 as a Pixie and I'm so glad I did!
C is for CHILDREN...you have? Well... No human children.
D is for DOWNFALL...what's you're biggest temptation? Eating out for lunch with co-workers. I'm really social, and I love going out for lunch.
E is for EARLY Bird or Night Owl? Night owl, if I could have my way. Trying to be an early bird.
F is for FURRY FRIENDS...you have? A big black lab named Vinyl.
G is for GROCERIES...what do you fill your cart with? Lots of fresh fruits and veggies, lean meats, raw nuts, the occasional treat and sometimes fresh flowers.
H is for HOME...what state do you call home? Texas!
I is for INSPIRE...who or what is your roll model/inspiration? My husband. I admire his integrity and dedication, and would love to be as active as he is.
J is for JOB...What do you do for a living? I work in Human Resources.
K is for KEEP IT SIMPLE...What's your focus when short on time? Water, healthy snacks, pre-portioned dinners.
L is for LOG...Do you use the Nutrition and Fitness trackers? Yes! I always lose when I'm faithful in logging in the trackers.
M is for MARRIED, Single, Involved? Blissfully married!
N is for NAME...What's the meaning behind your sparkname? It's from an old boyfriend. He was teasing me about the meaning of my real name one day ('Crystal - clear, Marie - bitter sea') and said I was like a glass bottle bobbing in the ocean.
O is for OUNCES...How many ounces of water do you consume on a daily basis? At least 72, but most times more than that.
P is for PRODUCE...How many fruits and veggies do you consume daily? Lots and lots! At least 8 or 9 servings each day.
Q is for QUOTE...what's your favorite? I've listed a few in my signature block.
R is for ROUTINE...Average number of days and minutes you exercise weekly? When I'm really in my routine, I workout 6 days a week from anywhere between 30 and 90 minutes a day.
S is for STATURE...How tall are you? 5'3", if I stand real tall!
T is for TIME...What time zone are you in? Central
U is for UNWIND...What is your favorite pass time or hobby? I love to read, go for walks when the weather is nice, and play with my husband.
V is for VACATION...If you could travel anywhere, what destination would you choose? Switzerland! I've been there before, and am dying to go back again.
W is for WEIGHT WORKOUT...Do you follow a consistent ST program? I've been trying to add in weights three times a week. I'm not as consistent as I want to be yet.
X is for "X" MARKS THE SPOT...What do you want to see happen these 12 weeks, other than the scale move? Get back to my "sweet spot" of consistently working out and eating well.
Y is for YESTERDAY...Do you dwell on poor choices or allow them to push you forward? Usually I would say I move forward, but lately I've been dwelling a lot. Not sure why I've been doing that. It could be part of my "stuckness" right now.
