😊Day 12 on tracking and goals

💐well I am an honest woman and I have been tracking my food intake now for 12 days. It has really made me aware of how many calories some small things have😊
I got the 28 day Boot Camp which I did the first 2 days took the 3rd day break and today was day 4. I went thru a few more days I guess I am spoiled and need the motivation of Leslie Sansone with my walks. But what I decided is I love Nicole's pattern on her calendar . So I customized her calendar to use Leslies walks and then doing the walks with bands and cuffs on the cardio sculpt days.
🌺My biggest problems is I get bored really easy that is why I have about 7 of Leslie's DVDs I have not got bored yet and she gives me the motivation I need to get off the couch and I look forward to doing it when I get home.
I am really feeling good about my next weigh in on Saturday fingers crossed.
Trying to keep the energy up when I get home from work so far so good.
Hit 80 days Smoke Free today I am so proud of myself.
