😊Day 12 on tracking and goals

💐well I am an honest woman and I have been tracking my food intake now for 12 days. It has really made me aware of how many calories some small things have😊
I got the 28 day Boot Camp which I did the first 2 days took the 3rd day break and today was day 4. I went thru a few more days I guess I am spoiled and need the motivation of Leslie Sansone with my walks. But what I decided is I love Nicole's pattern on her calendar . So I customized her calendar to use Leslies walks and then doing the walks with bands and cuffs on the cardio sculpt days.
🌺My biggest problems is I get bored really easy that is why I have about 7 of Leslie's DVDs I have not got bored yet and she gives me the motivation I need to get off the couch and I look forward to doing it when I get home.
I am really feeling good about my next weigh in on Saturday fingers crossed.
Trying to keep the energy up when I get home from work so far so good.
Hit 80 days Smoke Free today I am so proud of myself.

    Thank you so much, worked hard tonight did 3 miles with Leslie with the bands and then did the cuff workout. Feel great tomorrow rest day😊Friday going to look for one of those dry erase calendar boards to put on the frig for my workout days helps me have something visual out.
    Tomorrow is rest day so I will have some time to venture around and see what you all have been up too😊 hope your having a wonderful week so far.

    I like the idea of doing the cardio/sculpt calendar with the Leslie tapes! emoticon
    I have 7 tapes, also, but will top you when the two that came with the set on QVC get here! I am on day 28 with Nicole. 60 mins... emoticon
