My hips are sore! but it is worth it

Yoga on Monday was much harder than the first time I tried it. There was different instructor this time. She was great. It was an hour and 20 minutes also instead of the hour class I tried the first time. We did a lot more salutations and did the same thing over and over again. She would show us something, and then we kept adding on to it. I kind of lucked out - she is subbing for 4 weeks and my last class will end the same time she is ending. My hips are really sore!
Even though I was a bit sore, I still did another 5K training day yesterday. I went approx 2.2 miles at the park yesterday. I walked for 4 min, jogged for 1 min Five times. I also did a little extra walking at the end. Each time I jogged, it was a little easier. I am working on trying to figure out my breathing pattern. If I focus on my breathing more, it is easier for me to jog.
My hips are extra sore today! but I definitely feel better. I have zumba tomorrow night at a later time because of a church event. I am still going though. I will probably eat before Zumba instead of before & After because it will be at 730 instead of 630.
I am now at 173.4 on the scale. I really hope it goes down a little bit more by the end of September! I am not sure if the bit of weight loss is because of the working out? Or just because? I am glad it is lower though! I would love to be at 172 by the end of this month! My cousin's wedding is Oct 27th, and I think I would like to be at 170 by that time. I will be at 80 pounds lost if I get there by then! I know I will get there eventually, but sometimes it is nice to put a "deadline" on the loss. It helps me push harder!
