🌺A little bummed but know I am on the right track🌺

Had my weigh in this morning was so sure I would see a change but 1 oz off loosing a lb😞
I have faithfully tracking all my food for 16 days been exercising 5 days a week a little sad. But I know I am on the right track.
I am more aware now of what's in a serving. When I go to restaurants I automatically get the salad and grilled chicken and ask for a to go box and put 1/2 away for another meal.
📱I have been using the app on my phone a lot tracking my food and water.
👟switching around my walks with Leslie one day cardio one day cardio sculpt and have enjoying that plus I get a rest day.
🌻put a calendar on my frig for open view of what exercise I am doing that day.
I am not giving up this time just like my not smoking, I am almost to 90 days and so proud of myself especially living with a smoker. I pat my self on the back everyday😊
Going to do some outside stuff today in my gardens and clean the back porch while it is nice and cool. Hope everyone has a beautiful weekend. I hope mine goes slow before the work week starts back up again.
