🌺A little bummed but know I am on the right track🌺

Had my weigh in this morning was so sure I would see a change but 1 oz off loosing a lb😞
I have faithfully tracking all my food for 16 days been exercising 5 days a week a little sad. But I know I am on the right track.
I am more aware now of what's in a serving. When I go to restaurants I automatically get the salad and grilled chicken and ask for a to go box and put 1/2 away for another meal.
📱I have been using the app on my phone a lot tracking my food and water.
👟switching around my walks with Leslie one day cardio one day cardio sculpt and have enjoying that plus I get a rest day.
🌻put a calendar on my frig for open view of what exercise I am doing that day.
I am not giving up this time just like my not smoking, I am almost to 90 days and so proud of myself especially living with a smoker. I pat my self on the back everyday😊
Going to do some outside stuff today in my gardens and clean the back porch while it is nice and cool. Hope everyone has a beautiful weekend. I hope mine goes slow before the work week starts back up again.
Exited about seeing the cool weather coming in🍊🍆🍓&

    WOW🌹what a surprise and seeing all your wonderful comments thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. I do know why people get so discouraged when they try do hard and nothing seems to move on there own.
    I can say having a place like this to come to and get such encouragement from all of you sure does help. I had not made it out to the garden I did 4 mile power walk with Leslie and made the Pumpkin carrot bars out of sp recipes. Just put it in the oven. Was not quite sure about how they did the cream cheese and then put it in the oven so I left it off and putting it on at the end for frosting😊 I also used stevia instead of sugar and replaced flax seed blend for some of the butter. Curious of how it's going to taste.I did the chicken black bean bake from sp last weekend it turned out really good. I get lost sometimes in the recipes making my own recipe book, that is just the coolest. Can you tell emoticon
    This will be my little sin food for this weekend but still staying in my calories.
    I always feel great after doing Leslie no matter what that scale said today It has not beat me or make me want to give up and thanks to all of you too.

    Progress is progress! Sometimes we get stuck on thinking what the scale SHOULD say. You know you are moving in the right direction.

    Don't be sad over numbers on that scale not moving, there are to many factors that control that scale. Try weighing in less and use your energy level, how your clothes fit, how you are breathing,etc. Your commitment is strong and your attitude and actions are Positive.

    Don't forget to count that gardening and yard work in with your exercise' emoticon

    Don't let no stinkin' numbers get in your way.....think of how you're feeling, how your clothes are fitting, etc. Besides, you're 15 oz ahead of me this week!
    I hope you have a great day....I'm just finished a Leslie walk and am heading out to my garden as well.

    Congratulations on your positive attitude, your energy, and your patience with yourself!

    I like your idea of posting your exercises on the refrigerator--very organized. Hope you don't mind, but I'm going to steal that idea and use it myself. Planning out what exercises I want to do ahead of time may give me the impetus to get them done in the course of a week!
