It only took me half an hour to figure out how to upload this picture into my blog.
30 minutes, it's amazing what we can accomplish in 30 minutes. Like getting our bodies into shape and reclaiming or health. 30 minutes a day (minimum) of exercise is my plan for success.
Here's my schedule:
Monday: stationary bike
I love my bike because I an do it in extreme cold or extreme heat. I never have the weather as an excuse to not work out.
Tues: Supreme Pilates; yes from the infomercials at 6:00am. Never thought I'd be suckered into an infomercial purchase but this thing is the best piece of workout equipment I've ever owned (after my beloved bike). Also on Tues I
in a league.
Wednesday is cardio day again
Thursday is TNT and my Pilates
Friday is cardio
Saturday is cardio and Pilates
Sunday is cardio
And now my eating plan. the more I read about sugar the more it seems I need to give it up. I am addicted to sugar. I buy sugarless Jell puddings and actually it's surprising how satisfying they are.
As I'm on my own now, with Lindsay (my daughter) at college and Colin (my husband) posted to Halifax for another year meal planning is in my hands so I've decided to try to find the chef that's buried deep within me and see if she's willing to teach me how to cook healthy meals. I will eat lots of
because I can't stand a steak if it's not BBQ'd.
So in a nutshell (filled with healthy fats) that's my plan. I will also do better on weekend challenges than I did this weekend. It's amazing how quickly my eating plans were derailed tis weekend with my daughter home for the weekend. Must not let that happen again
