Goals for BLC20

For the next 12 weeks I am committed to becoming the new and improved healthier me! Hopefully by then, my mind will be in the right place and I will continue to eat healthy and not want the "junk".
1- Eat healthy and always stay within my Weight Watcher points range.
2- Track everything!
3- Drink 8 glasses of water daily and only allow 1 diet soda daily
4- Exercise 5 days a week for at least 20 minutes. I also want to complete my 5k training
5- Sleep 7-8 hours a night, no matter what task is left for me to complete at the end of the night.
6- Lose 18 pounds
7- As long as the weather permits, take the boys on a walk daily:)
I am going to stay true to myself and I am going to finish my weight loss journey for my BOYS! After that, it is going to be a lifestyle change. I will never, ever go back to where I was. That is a promise I am making to not only myself but to my boys as well. I need to be healthy for them too!
