Aiming to be WISE in BLC20!

This week I started a Biggest Loser Challenge! I set the fairly lofty goal to lose 17 pounds during the 12 week challenge. My strategy to lose those pounds is to incorporate four healthy habits into my life - to be W.I.S.E!
W: Water - Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day!
I: Intake - Eat in moderation, and make healthy choices!
S: Sleep - Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night!
E: Exercise - Exercise at least 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week!
Twelve weeks from now, I will be healthier, and a little lighter on the scale! I'm excited!
