Today From Panera

I'm trying really hard to make small changes in my food choices. Not becoming obsessed and really strigent. I am hoping this time, will be different, because I want to make this a daily choice. I'm focusing more on being comfortable with my choices, realistic and once I do that, the weight will come off as a result. At least that's my hope.
So today at my office the boss surprises everyone with lunch. Lunch has been provided by Panera bread. So I went ahead and had lunch with everyone. I tried this sandwich that was almost a triangle, not really a quarter and not really half. Not sure exactly what it was. But from what I could tell it had Avocado and slice of provolone. It must have been a special order because thats not a standard option from their menu. Also some type of bread that had a tomato baked into. It was AMAZING. I never had Avocado and was shocked at how much I liked it. I made good choices, I passed on the cookies and brownies. I did go back for the another piece, but I did stop there. I had some salads that were there, but the word for is some. Not all, not piles, some. At the end of the day, I felt like a regular person. I didn't make a fuss oh I'm watching my food I can't have this or I can't have that. It was just some. In trying to track my food there does seem to be an amazing amount of Sodium. So that is something for me to be mindful of. But I had a great rest of the day. It wasn't a lunch that turned into an all day eating affair. It was just lunch. I tried to pick some things on my tracker that came close to what I ate. It's not exact and for once thats okay. I tracked and I'm satisfied with that. Calorie wise I seemed to be line, but the sodium was out control. But it was a nice day, that I walked away not feeling guilty and really enjoyed the fellowship of my co-workers
