Week 4 Day 1 of Couch to 5k

Today was week 4 day 1 of the couch to 5k program. I've done this before but I started over since I went almost 9 months without running. Plus this gives me a chance to work on my speed. My goal is to be able to run 3 miles in 30 minutes again. Once I'm running 3 miles regularly again, I will start my half marathon training again. Today went really well. The weather is changing so it's perfect running weather. Just a few more weeks and I'll be running 3 miles again.
