My weekly plan 10/8-10/14

Monday: 1 hour intense weights with Dan (my trainer) and 1 hour cardio with my husband emoticon

Tuesday: 15 min cardio and 15 weights with Jodie (my gym buddy) emoticon

Wednesday: 30 min cardio with Jodie and then 1 hour at the YMCA with my husband

Thursday: 1 hour training with Dan

Friday: Pool with the family at the YMCA. 20 min water jogging

Saturday: Gym with either Jodie or my husband 1 hour

Sunday: Gym with either Jodie or my husband 1 hour

Total time: 380 minutes (round about)

My goal is to stay within my calorie range, focusing on veggies and protein. I also need to make sure that I am making gluten free choices to reduce my health related problems. Still experimenting with the lactose free cheese and yogurt to see if they cause allergy symptoms. I hate food intolerances and allergies. They make things so much more difficult. Oh well. It is what it is.

    Look at you go!! You are really motivated! I am slowing cutting back on the wheat too. My M.D. thinks I might have gluten problems.
