Tomorrow: World Osteoporosis Day

It's great to have a day to remind us to get our share of Vitamin D. That's what we have here today, though we Sparkers should be doing this EVERYDAY!

We all know that Vitamin D is one of the important nutrients that, along with calcium and a healthy lifestyle, helps prevent Osteoporosis.

So to prevent degenerative bone disease, have a glass of milk, everyone!

    I had milk, cottage cheese and yogurt for various meals to celebrate.

    Plus I went out to do some yard work clearing walks, raking leaves and trimming shrubs in anticipation for the garden to go into winter hibernation.
