Weekly plan 10/21-10/28...and how to overcome my setbacks

Monday, October 22, 2012

So this week is starting out very rough for me. I wont get into it all on here but the stress level is very high, I am in the middle of a horrible mens. cycle PLUS I am in pain from my fibroids on top of it (this is ongoing, but I am trying to adjust my life so that I dont need surgery) and then I found out my trainer got a new full time job an hour in the opposite direction leaving me without a trainer. I know most people would say just get a new one, but he was barely charging me for our sessions because he wanted to see me succeed and he knew I needed his help badly even though I couldnt afford his normal rate. Then while I was at the gym tonight struggling to get through my workout, my normal workout buddy Jodie canceled on our normal workout date for tomorrow because she has a real date with a new guy friend in her life. And she was my Saturday workout buddy too but she just started working Saturday mornings. So basically I just have myself...well, I do go to the gym with my husband too but he is just getting back into exercise and he is not used to my routines. So I am frustrated with all these changes. I am standing still with weight loss and really want to see it move in the right direction and with all these changes I feel like it will be more difficult. All that being said, I am going to keep on pushing. And here is my plan for the week.

Monday: 1 hour gym with Athen (husband) emoticon

Tuesday: 40 min workout at my gym and 1 hour with Athen at the Y (I actually have 2 memberships...1 at my gym I workout at with my trainer, and 1 at the YMCA with my family) emoticon

Wednesday: 45 min with Jodie, 1 hour family Zumba with Erica (my daughter) emoticon

Thursday: 1 hour at my gym

Friday: swimming with the family, 30 min water jogging

Saturday: 1 hour with Athen at the Y

Sunday: off

Total: 415 minutes
