To be honest, this will be short and quck - it's late and I'm tired.
Life has been tough this round and I've let it get me. Still struggling with health issues - partially stress induced and partially residuals from foot surgery last year. To some extent I've let it derail me, but I'm ready to move forward.
STRESS REDUCTION PLAN
Get back to cardio in daily doses - it doesn't have to be a ton, but sweat it out each day.
GET to bed earlier (which means get the heck off the computer by 9 each night!)
Continue taking supplements and
the stress eating! Gluten causes more trouble than it's worth!
STRETCH, add yoga and spend some quiet time reading!
Get back to my internal beach. Ahhh.
OK, off to bed. Only 1/2 an hour late!
