I am patting myself on my back right now!!! didnt plan my meal as well as I did yesterday, so around 11:30 I had a snack attack!! went to the cafeteria and got some trail mix should have known better because it had gummie bears in it? yeah I know same thing I was thinking but once I got past those and ate the mixed nuts with the chocolate M&M's my downfall!! I went back and got a oatmeal raisin cookie!!!! after I ate it, I kicked myself got up and went outside for a walk the clouds couldnt stop me!!!! SO DETERMINED!!!!!!!
We all have little slips but it's important to keep moving forward and learn but not dwell. So what can you to do plan ahead of time for moments like this?
